  • A desire to prove yourself and grow within the organisation.

If you have all of the above traits and a hunger to succeed, then we want to hear from you.

The application process

The application process is made up of multiple stages.  The first of these is your initial application, which has been split in two parts:

Part One: written submission - this part of the application is all about your education, work experience and what attracts you to Probuild.

Part Two: video submission – this part is all about you! In the video component of your application we ask behavioural questions (just a couple) to understand more about you and your personal experiences. Step-by-step instructions are available via the link we send you and you will also have the opportunity to complete a practice question to help you feel more comfortable with the system.

Once you submit your written application, you will receive further instruction on how to complete the video component via email. Don’t worry - you don’t have to complete this as soon as you receive it, just by the deadline below.

Next steps

Following our review of all written and video submissions, we will be in contact via email to advise the outcome of your application. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the next steps at this time.

Please note: Applications for the Probuild Graduate and Cadet Program will close Friday, 26th of March - 5.00pm AEDT.

All video submissions must be completed by Monday, 29th of March - 12.00pm AEDT.
